1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the mylife Member or Merchant app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to create a mylife account. Merchants must provide accurate business information and hold any licenses required to operate.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keep your password secure and unique to mylife

4. Cashback Wallet & mylife Dollars

mylife Dollars are earned as cashback on eligible purchases made with participating merchants and can be used within the app to pay for future purchases, top up your wallet, or send to other members.

mylife Dollars have no cash value outside the app and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust the earn rate or correct balances affected by errors or fraud.

5. Payments & Settlements

Members authorize mylife to process payments from their linked card or wallet balance for purchases made through the app. Merchants authorize mylife to process settlements to their linked bank account on the agreed schedule.

Transaction fees, where applicable, will be disclosed to merchants prior to activation of payment processing.

6. Wellbeing Check

The Wellbeing Check is a self-reported questionnaire intended to give members a general wellbeing measure. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the mylife app, including attempting to defraud the cashback system, interfering with the app's operation, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the mylife cashback program. You may close your account at any time from within the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mylife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of mylife Dollars due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
